WASHINGTON, D.C.  – Youth Service America (YSA) along with Monique Coleman and GimmeMo announce the start of the What’s Your Mo? video contest October 31.

Coleman, a actress, singer, activist and United Nations Youth Champion dedicated to empowering today’s youth, created What’s Your Mo with YSA – the global organization that improves communities by increasing the number and diversity of young people serving in substantive roles – as a chance for teens to tell what their M.O. is; what teens are passionate about and what they are doing to make a difference.

Requirements for Contest:

The winning video will be featured onColeman’s online show at Gimmemo.com and the winner will participate in a personal 15 minute Skype video call with Coleman.

“Monique has been a wonderful partner for YSA,” said Steve Culbertson, President and CEO of YSA. “What’s Your Mo is a chance to showcase the great work teens are doing around the world. From literacy to the environment, girls’ rights and hunger – youth are making a difference.”

Videos can be uploaded to YouTube then submitted to communications@ysa.org and will be uploaded to YSA's YouTube Channel at www.youtube.com/youthservice.
